At Honor MD, we want you to feel confident in your skincare purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase of an individual product, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns of eligible individual products within 30 days of delivery, even if they have been gently used.

To help ensure a fair experience for all customers, our satisfaction guarantee is limited to one opened product per customer.

Products purchased through subscriptions are also eligible for return under this policy unless otherwise stated.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, log in to your Honor MD customer account and submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item.

Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and handling.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Complimentary or promotional products
Final sale items
Products designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@honormd.com. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Subscription Program

Certain Honor MD products may be available through a recurring subscription program.

By enrolling, you authorize Honor MD to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your chosen delivery schedule until your subscription is canceled.

You may manage, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription through your account. Changes should be made before your next scheduled billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming shipment.

Additional subscription terms may apply and will be presented during enrollment.

Honor MD intends for its subscription program to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including California’s Automatic Renewal Law.
